Imagine learning how to change the underlying factors that keep you depressed, suffering, hopeless, stuck, angry, addicted or ill? Wouldn't that be wonderful? Inner Relationship Focusing gives you the ability to make these changes. I can teach you how to dissolve the worry cycle and raise your vibration so you can break free and move forward. As a practice of conscious presence, Focusing connects you to veiled inner knowledge. It gives you awareness of and access to the inner forces that cause your suffering and block your creativity. As you become aware of these forces you give them each a turn to be heard in a Focusing way. This is a profound breakthrough.
In a guided Focusing session I teach you how to sense inwardly for
what needs to be known about a problem, connect with it consciously
and with empathy, and hold all that is upset in you with
unconditional acceptance. Even though these 4 noble principles of
sensing, empathy, presence and acceptance are basic functions and
aspects of the human experience, they evade easy explanation. No
matter. You will instantly understand the power of Focusing in your
first session. It feels like an awesome awakening.
Sensing is the art of accessing embodied deep cognition. But sensing is more than becoming aware of feelings and sensations. It dives deep into the subtle stirrings of the inner body. With the practice of sensing we journey into the unknown. Everyday language is not well-suited to communicate this experience. That's why Focusing has its own set of magic words that safely guide us through the inner terrain. Empathy connects us to our true needs with gentle curiosity and loving kindness. Empathy is caring and sensitive. It instinctively knows what is needed from a bodily knowing. As the messenger of love it transforms obstacles into jewels. Presence is the master: never judgmental, always patient, larger than the issues, it witnesses. When we are aware of ourselves in presence, we are able to hold space for anything without attachment and suffering.
Acceptance
is compassionate caring for oneself and others. As the all embracing
healer it lets you surrender to your vulnerability. Acceptance
restores your birthright to be just who you are: sentient, loving
and loved. Acceptance is the key that opens the door to fresh new
options and powerful healing.
