Inner Relationship Focusing draws from embodied cognition and wisdom. It empowers and connects you with the inner healer. It helps you to get things moving forward when you feel stuck. Many emotional issues as well as chronic physical conditions respond positively to Focusing, including depression, fatigue, anger, anxiety, stress, chronic pain, digestive problems and others. The Focusing approach can also enhance relationship communication, decision making, scientific and creative work and spiritual practice. Individual Work
Group Work Deep healing requires empowerment, time, and skills. Inner Relationship Focusing workshops provide these ingredients. With others, learning happens within an environment of empathic connectedness and mutual inspiration. The Focusing Training Program Open to both, lay persons who desire to become empowered focusers and therapists who want to integrate the Focusing approach into their work. The program is structured in 4 levels, providing you with the tools to join the international Focusing community, (one million and growing), and practice Focusing with a partner. Dedicated students can develop a profound degree of self care and compassionate presence toward others. The monthly Peer Practicing Group
