: Is process oriented bodywork for me?

:  If you could use a personal assistant on the wild ride of life, it is for you. A goal oriented approach can be good in the short run. For example: Swedish massage for neck pain.  The process oriented approach is more adventurous, asking for your active participation with a promise of lasting change.

:
Will should I wear during bodywork?

: The most important consideration is that you undress only to your level of comfort. My policy: Safety, dignity and ease first!

: Do you combine bodywork and focusing?

: Clients, who learned focusing, experience more depth and success in bodywork. Focusing is key to developing self empathy and so eases the transformation of pain or tension.
