You are craving ease, relaxation, and vitality.

So, enough already of pain and emotional baggage!  Everybody deserves healing touch!

Process oriented bodywork is a holistic approach to individual change that recognizes your potential to heal in matters of body mind and spirit. It is based on the belief that with the right support, the solution to a problem emerges from within.

Emphasis is on awareness of your inner process. Touch, breath, movement and communication serve as tools for empathic connection and guide you into the expanded body experience.

Whether you want to be more relaxed, feel more alive, overcome physical pain or ease hurt feelings, I welcome you on a journey to embodied bliss!

  •   Biodynamic Massage releases old holding

  •   Deep Tissue Massage creates new posture

  •   Breath changes perspective

  •   Movement shifts desire into action

  •   Communication brings the power of connection

Process oriented bodywork employs Biodynamic Massage to release tensions and toxins from body tissues and facilitate feelings of relaxation and flow. Deep Tissue Massage opens new ways to move and act freely. Breathwork opens up energy and releases emotional blocks.  Movement lets you feel the direction of energy inside you and reveals what you really want from life. Communication helps you integrate your inner experience through connection.

Biodynamic Massage dissolves residues from stress in body tissues including bones, muscles, connective tissue, skin and even the aura. The completion of 'undigested' psychological content leads to deeply felt relaxation throughout the body and is often accompanied by spontaneous insights. This process is perceived by listening to a stream of sounds made by the intestines, named psycho-peristalsis by the European Body Psychotherapist Gerda Boyesen, the founder of Biodynamic Bodywork and Psychotherapy. A stethoscope is placed on the client's abdomen so the psycho-peristalsis can be listened to like music from the depths of the unconscious. Biodynamic massage feels wonderful and is like psychotherapy for the lazy.

Deep Tissue Massage reintegrates posture, feeling and awareness. Deep softening strokes reorganize the myofascia which envelopes and coordinates the entire muscular system. This work simultaneously brings emotional release, breath work, postural integration and movement into a single form. Effective deep tissue massage requires active client participation through deep breathing, movement and vocal expression.

Breathing is the single most profound way to deepen any experience and move into heightened states of consciousness. All process oriented bodywork sessions include breath work. This modality teaches how to use the movement of breath softly and fully to access new aspects for healing and vitality. Breath work may release emotional blockages to vocal expression allowing one to speak ones truth.

Movement Coaching encourages sensing for inner impulses, attending, and allowing what wants to be. As a practice of letting go rather than doing, Movement Coaching pays close attention to energy and gives little direction. Benefits include increased self-confidence and self-trust, letting go of inhibitions, and discovery of the pleasure of creativity.

Communication brings it all together. Saying what's being stirred up inwardly in a session is critical. The experience of being heard and seen in ones vulnerability answers needs for acknowledgement, acceptance and understanding. Receiving nurturing guidance and confirmation by the bodyworker during this intimate event is the medicine that restores aliveness.
